    A quick read of the facts in the complaint suggest all sorts of ethical pitfalls for the plaintiff lawyers. Possibly. I’m not interested enough to really look into it, but it looks like there could be multiple conflicts (particularly if the plaintiff firm represents the tribes the plaintiffs “introduced” to the developer).

    Interesting. Velie and Velie have also represented Seminole and Cherokee Freedmen. I wasn’t aware the firm had expanded into Indian gaming, too.
