Call for Papers, American Indian Law Journal, Volume 8, Issue 2 (Spring 2020)

The American Indian Law Journal (AILJ) of Seattle University School of Law is seeking papers for its upcoming Spring 2020 issue. Legal scholars, practicing lawyers, and law students are all eligible to submit. In addition to traditional approaches, AILJ welcomes interdisciplinary analyses. Some of our past topics include water rights, intellectual property protections, tribal cannabis policies, disenrollment, and environmental justice activism.
