Associate Litigation Attorney, Omaha, NE.  Big Fire Law provides legal representation and advocacy in a broad range of services, with an emphasis in tribal law and federal Indian law serving tribal nations, tribal business enterprises and tribal organizations throughout the United States.  The ideal candidate will have experience in general civil litigation, be a self-starter and team oriented with exceptional organizational skills.  Experience working in Indian Country preferred but not required. U.S. Department of the Interior

Attorney/Advisor, Office of the Solicitor, Portland, OR.  Position provides legal advice and assistance to the Northwest Region of the Bureau of Indian Affairs.  Duties include advising the Bureau on a variety of Indian law issues including the authority to take land into trust for Indian tribes, leasing of Indian lands, trespass actions, environmental review of BIA actions focusing on NEPA compliance, title review of realty transactions and FOIA review.  Please see the link below for a full description of duties and requirements on usajobs.gov.
