    Are you associated with the newly-released UCLA study on the racial inequities of the AZ charter schools?

    You might also be interested to know that AZ, in its Race to the Top grant narrative uses the term, “homogeneous diversity”(!). Nothing new here (Navajo Nation), but I keep wondering why my US Office of Civil Rights complaint (OCR complaint No. 08084028) against the AZ Dept. of Education’s English Only laws keeps being dismissed on technical grounds. Hopefully, this Report will incentivize OCR to finally investigate.
