The MDNR has the proposed Consent Decree and well-written powerpoint presentation outlining the basic details of the agreement posted on their website (http://www.michigan.gov/dnr/0,1607,7-153-10364_44983—,00.html). The 5 1836 signatory tribes’ and CORA haven’t yet posted much information on their websites, but I am sure they will get some materials regarding the agreement out to the public soon. I will be posting materials, as I find them, on my website as well (http://web1.msue.msu.edu/native/). Thanks for creating this e-space for discussion and networking on topics related to the Consent Decree- much needed.
