Judge Roll had handled a case I had watched closely as a young attorney at Pascua, Pascua Yaqui Tribe v. Caywood.

    This what comes with the Republicans and the tea party offering scare tactics to get elected. Maybe Washington will wake up and tell the truth for a change. Gidford was about serving the people. How is McCain serving Arizona, with threats of cutting benefits? At least when the Cherokees were in Congress 1800-1820, they served their people.
