My name Is William J. Bielecki, Sr., a law advocate licensed on the Pine Ridge Reservation. I had the rare pleasure of arguing this case in the both lower courts before the Honorable Chief Judge Patrick Lee (Pine Ridge Reservation) and the Honorable Judge Carol Hanna, Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, 40th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA 15701. I was the advocate for the mother and argued the case in both lower courts. The hearing was a telephonic hearing between the two courts (Pine Ridge and Penn.). I represented the mother from the Pine Ridge Court during the telephonic hearing, and examined the father on the witness stand via the telephone, thus extracting the truth from the father that confirmed the elements (Parental Kidnapping) of the father absconding with the children to evade the Pine Ridge jurisdiction. This was a three year battle for the Oglala mother of which through her perseverance in refusing to waive Tribal jurisdiction brought out a positive result in the return of her children. Congratulations Zannita.

Lower court case: Christopher Louttit v. Zannita (Fast Horse) Arnell No. 10555 CD 2007
