Very interesting reading. The rejection of the Indian claims is based totally on tchnicalities ans legal mumbo-jumbo. I’m not a lawyer but it seems that the court does not question the fundamental validity of the claims.

Seems that “and justice for all” Should read…. and justice for all except if your a origional person of these freely stolen lands with whom genocidal acts were committed against. In which case you and all of your relitives should have died out or completely assimilated. However it seems the honourable opinion of the court continues to say….. were not finished with the carnage and destruction against americas origional peoples because as long as they live,we will have to dodge accountability using every defacto law and code at our disposal. As for the holocaust that out people committed against Indian people, let’s not talk about that. Instead let’s focus our attention on the wrong Hitler did to the Jewish people and how america is bulling the world in the name of freedom. While were at it…. let’s construct daily reminders of the suppression we have bestowed upon indigenous nations by erecting monuments such as presidential. Heads carved into sacred. Mountains and in NJ let’s honor Tom Quick the indian killer, who had only killed 99 indians up to the point of his death bed and asked for friends to bring him one more to make an even 100. Quicks last kill … a small indian child that was held so quick could cut her throat. Keep up the good work NJ Quickens.
