    I haven’t been following the appeal process. How many appeals are there pending?

    Is it the Freedman (Black Cherokees) appeal who are holding up the Cobell? Are they “getting back” at the Cherokee nation for “almost” taking them off the Cherokee rolls and hurting the whole Native American nation also?

    looks like a small step..but hopfully will settle this..the judge dismiss the
    objection..because they did not op out before june 20 last year. I hope the next one did the same thing…so all you na sayers. look and learn we got a smart judge…soon we will have our peice of justice..and money we have all waited for…wrong or right

    We have recieved the Historical Accountimg Class Settlement Funds,when will I be expecting the Trust Administration Class Settlement Funds? I could sure use the money to pay my bills.
