The Office of Attorney General represents the Tohono O’odham Nation in litigation and other legal matters. The Office seeks an attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience in general Indian tribal law and family law to fill an Assistant Attorney General I or II position. Qualifications
Graduate of accredited law school and admitted to practice in at least one state; licensed in Arizona or admitted within 18 months of employment; experience in general Indian tribal law and family law; one to five years of experience.
Salary/Fringe Benefits
Salary approximately $80,000 to $98,000 depending on experience; group health/life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and other benefits provided.
