Congratulations to Professor Fletcher! I have only subscribed to your Turtle Talk for about a year but have found it to be extremely valuable and long overdue. Your vast knowledge of Federal Indian Law, as well as your knowledge and experience in tribal laws, will certainly help make this revision up-to-date and accurate from our (Native peoples, that is) perspectives. Thank you for all you do.
