Agenda (after the jump):

The overarching goal of the NAHM Conference is to spotlight Native American voices and economic advancement. The theme is Reaffirming the Essential Role of Native Voices in Shaping a More Impactful Business Landscape. This year’s conference will provide a platform for professional connection, thought leadership, and cultural recognition, creating space for attendees to pursue business in a personally meaningful way. Key elements include:

  • Thinking on the Future: By fostering conversations across industries, identities, and career stages, the NAHM Conference reaffirms the essential role of Native voices in shaping a more inclusive and impactful business landscape.
  • Networking Opportunity: Attend an in-person networking session where Native American professionals from leading companies connect with students to discuss their career journeys, open roles, company culture, and the impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Keynote Address: Learn how tribally owned enterprises are reshaping industries and what industry leaders can learn from their success.
  • Multidisciplinary Action Project (MAP) Preview: Hear directly from a previous MAP sponsor, a tribal holdings company, as they discuss their experience as a sponsor and highlight the powerful role business can play in supporting tribal sovereignty and prosperity.
  • Fostering Personal Connection: Intentional spaces for connection will be disbursed throughout the day for guests. For example, the day will begin with cultural recognition, a traditional blessing, and opening remarks from current leaders within the Ross community, offering space for reflection, community, and celebration.

We invite you to attend, engage, and invest—helping to build a future where Indigenous perspectives are not peripheral to business, but a driving force across sectors.
