    That you for posting the October 7, 2008, notice. Just an update. Ruby Pipeline LLC is no longer in FERC’s pre-filing stage (FERC Docket PF08-09). Ruby filed its application (now FERC Docket CP09-54). A small group of us (Indians) whose important, historic, cultural and other resources will be affected by the pipeline construction have formed an ad-hoc group to deal with the pipeline project.
