    The courts are now totally inconsequential to slowing global warming.

    Both the Second and Fifth Circuits have reversed the motions to dismiss in Connecticut v. AEP and Comer v. Murphy Oil. It would be quite a surprise if the Ninth Circuit upholds this decision.
