You mean to tell me, that in all of Seattle/Tacoma the Tribe could not find an Indian Lawyer, an Indian Grants and Contracts Officer or an Indian Human Resources Director and a half dozen Indian clerks. Something wrong with this picture man. When you sign onto those “638” contracts you agree to follow the law, which is “Buy Indian” and “Indian Preference in hiring, contracting and procurement” and, beside, that should be tribal law too. Hire some Indians!!!
