   Let’s call this what it is: a judicial attack by a diminishing majority against the soon to be majority. It’s laying the legal basis that minorities can’t use race (against whites) as a means of righting past wrongs (atrocities and discrimination committed by whites against minorities). It’s a farce and should be treated as such.
