This job is announced but not really open because my understanding is there is already a person in that position. This position was a part of the Keepseagle Settlement Case against USDA Sec. Vilsack for discrimination against Native farmers and ranchers. It is my opinion that a Native should be in this position and Tribes have input on who will be hired. Just saying that I for one am watching what USDA will do with this position.
