    I would have to guess the justices will take note of this petition. While I understand they are looking into next year’s docket and deciding which cases to take, I haven’t heard anything regarding either Craven’s petition or this one.

    Its a Government ploy to delay the case until after the election.

    Then a new U.S.administration will have a go a Chipping away at it.

    I Wouldnt be at all suprised to learn if the appealants are on Government payrolls.

    And in the mean time the settlement dollar amount per individual dwindles away due to the operating of the CALL CENTER and OFFICE and its Staff that was created to administrate and answer questions for the class action members and the WEBSITE for Cobell vs. Salazar.

    Give it another 6 months to a year and there wont be any money left to award its all going to be awarded to the attorneys and the Office created to manage the settlement.
