N. Arapaho Tribe Fights Draft Federal Legislation to Terminate the Wind River Reservation

This is absolutely awful that a Senator would even think of asking to terminate portions of a reservation. I would be very interested in knowing the legislation title or bill number. I just looked on Enzi’s webpage and on THOMAS but couldn’t find anything in regards to termination of Wind River Reservation. If anyone has more information on this, please share.

The release says it’s a draft, so it apparently has not yet been introduced.
