Can you post the case briefs? We are particularly interested in how they came to conclusion that the tribes participation in the Civil War had any effect on our water rights. We owned our lands in Indian Territory in fee with the entire bundle of rights intact and that we have found among readings by various citizens no clause which indicates relinquishment of our rights to the water in the post-Civil War treaties .
