Appellants—William Bills and the Winnemucca Colony Council and its Chairman Linda Ayer (the “Bills Group”)—appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees—Sharon Wasson and the Winnemucca Indian Colony Council (the “Wasson Group”)—awarding the approximately$400,000.00 held in a Bank of America account to Appellees. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.

On the Wasson’s Treava Hearne their Attorney doesn’t know Tribal Law. Bills group has nothing to do with Linda Ayers or Allen Ambler. Those two people are enrolled members of the Love Lock Tribe (Paiute). Bills was able to prove his father that adopted him was born and raised on the Winnemucca Indian Colony by proof of birth records ( Humboldt County & State of Nevada) showing residency as in born colony, town or village. The Wasson’s there isn’t any record the County of Humboldt, Nv & State of Nevada replied. The Wasson’s were from Susanville, Ca and lived on the Rancheria there and ended up there from the 1916 Censue Buyout from BIA. You can’t live on the Susanville Rancheria unless you were a member there. On Bills part yes he was adopted as Tribes and people do this and the Winnemucca Tribe knew this and also paid William Bills to relocate to Winnemucca to help them get rid of the Drug Trafficking and maintain Law and Order for the Tribe. Records show. On Bills side also he Great Grandfather was Born and Raised in Wikki Islands and Great Grandmother was born in the Philippines. So he’s Native no mater what. Mr. Bills atleast cleaned up the colony and did things for the people. Glenn Wasson was caught with all the Tribes money in his own Bank of America account( BIA & Safe Trails has records on this.) The Wasson’s bought themselves all kinds of personal things like a Daw00 Cars in 2000 for 20,000, computers records and canceled Checks. Even a Tribal Charge showed that Tommy Wasson spend money at a Cat House many time on Tribes money for @ $22,000. Records show. I ask who is in the wrong. Mr. Bills was going off the Tribes By Laws and was doing for the Enrolled members and Resident members. The Wasson’s never all these years did nothing but for them selves. 3 People died on the colony because the Wasson’s would help with Housing. Bills fixed the housing for the Elders. Bill has sent to IBIA, BIA and all the Agency’s 11 years of Documents combined into a 1.5 Ring Binder and sent one to IBIA on March 23, 2011 and hand Delivered to Larry Echo Hawk in Person which gave to BIA in Washington. Everything the Wasson’s talk about there isn’t and Documents but Bills has all the Documents for proof what he talks about. Mr. Bills state the Elders, Housing, Cleanning up the Colony and get Rid of the Drug Trafficking are his main Focus for the People, The Wasson’s are only in for it for the Money in Records show. In additio a check deposited by Treava Hearn in her partnership was put into their bank account without authorization sign by William Bills. Everyone believes that’s why her partnership was desolved. The Question is why hasn’t Tommy Wasson passed the Poly-Graph and refuses to do a DNA for the Murder of his Uncle Glenn Wasson. William Bills Passed first time and isn’t a suspect. Bank documents show Glenn Wasson had Tribes money in his own SS# and Bank account. There is Documents on everything you read about the Wasson’sand their Attorney Treava Hearn. All William Bills did at the beginning was to have the Tribe open the Check book so everyone can see where all the money was going to. Instead they tried to get rid of William Bills because of his adoption which the Tribe approved along time ago. The Tribe even adopted a Japaneese American a friend of Tommy Wasson. The Japaneese Killed American and American Indian in the War, the Philipino’s we’re on the American’s side. All politic’s this is. At the Time of Glenn Wasson’s Murder Tommy was only able to count for two hours of his time and was notified in Susanville, Ca and ended up in Winnemucca within two hours in the Snow & Rain.
