    I’m surprised this issue hasn’t received more press. Over 10 years ago the Tribal Chairman was murdered in the Tribal Office when he was about to confront William Gutierrez Bills about his forged birth certificate. Mr. Bills is 4/4 Filipino. Chairman Wasson was a decorated Indian veteran, was at Iwo Jima and was shot in back of the head. Since that time, Mr. Bills has tried to get funding to open a Casino in California and get some of the California compact gaming revenue. This person isn’t even Indian, just an opportunist trying to get money from poor Indians.
