    Hopefully the facts of this case will come out soon, a non Indian high school girl was seriously assaulted with injuries while at school, the tribe and the public school failed to prevent further injury after a tribal court restraining order was served. The attacker was never present at Tribal court or prosecuted. Evidence was intentionally lost and/or misplaced etc. Embarrassing that Tribal soverenty is used as an excuse to avoid justice.
