    A statement was made about the State wanting the best interest of the child, I.C.W also states the Best interest of the child, best interest of the child first, than family and extended family, than the community if the child lived on the reservation. I understand she is totally comfortable with being with her dad. I also noticed that in the adoption it stated only Melanie Capobianco as the adoptive parent.
