The Mills Legal Clinic of Stanford Law School invites applications for a full-time resident Environmental Justice Clinical Fellowship with the Stanford Environmental Law Clinic (ELC) from attorneys with a demonstrated commitment to advancing environmental justice. Supervisory Grants Management Specialist. Albuquerque, NM. Duties include: (1) Planning and supervising the technical functions and administrative duties of the AO Grants Management Specialists, as well as monitor and evaluate performance of AD Grants Management Division personnel; (2) Providing guidance to AO Grants Management Specialists, Indian tribes and TDHEs regarding the interpretation and application of program policies and Procedures; (3) Preparing reports concerning problem areas to the National and Program Offices in order to influence the development of national policies, procedures and guidelines; (4) Coordinating with the OGM Director and consultation with the AO Administrator to make decisions; (5) Assisting in the development of comprehensive training and technical assistance programs; (6) Representing ONAP in meetings with HUD Field Offices, meeting with Indian tribes, TDHEs, and others to explain issues regarding the administration of applicable programs; (7) Monitoring and participating in government technical evaluation panels and pre-proposal conferences; and (8) Conducting market research and providing advice on any matters concerning solicitation and the reasonable need for proposed costs.
