   To all people, I am appalled to hear this news again. The few millions or billions of dollars lost by closure of the locks is a drop in the bucket compared to the long term devastation that is about to occur to the worlds largest fresh water system, The Great Lakes and all connecting waterways. The lack of vision I find, pathetic. This is truly a crisis that is so obvious I am stunned.
