Alaska Native Justice Center

Tribal Court Facilitator, Anchorage Alaska. Coordinate and manage the Tribal Court Support program which provides technical assistance and training to tribal justice systems. Work closely with ANJC team, rural health care providers, and tribal representatives to identify resources and gaps in victim-centered tribal justice delivery, and develop tools that leverage existing resources to fill those gaps. Tulalip Tribes

RFP for Legal Services. This RFP is to contract for legal services to be provided as a victim advocate attorney for the Tulalip Tribal Victims Set-Aside program for the calendar year of 2021, administered by the Tulalip Tribes Office of Reservation Attorney (ORA). Attorneys who are currently licensed to practice law in Washington State and maintain an office in the greater Seattle-Everett area, or law firms including such attorneys, may respond to this RFP. Colville Confederated Tribes 

Associate Judge, Nespelem, WA. Provide a broad range of judicial functions at the trial court level. Preside over cases of Criminal, Civil, Juvenile and Judicial Review of Administrative Hearings as appointed by the Chief Judge. The Tribal Court is a separate branch of government as set forth in the Constitution of the Colville Confederated Tribes. Judges are constitutionally appointed by the Colville Business Council with conditions set by contract. Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation

General Manager of Tribal Operations,  Mayetta, Kansas. The General Manager of Tribal Operations (GMTO) reports to the Tribal Council and is responsible for the administrative operation of the Nation’s departments, which may include developing, recommending and implementing policies, program planning, fiscal management, administration and operations of the Nation’s government functions and services. The GMTO will work directly with the Tribal Council to facilitate communication regarding program needs and shall be responsible for accomplishing the Nation’s goals and objectives and for ensuring that the members are provided with desired and mandated services in an effective cost efficient manner. This position coordinates development of program budgets and is responsible for the oversight and direction of all Tribal government programs and departments which includes approximately 300 tribal government employees.
