This RFP is to contract for legal services to be provided as a victim advocate attorney for the Tulalip Tribal Victims Set-Aside program for the calendar year of 2021, administered by the Tulalip Tribes Office of Reservation Attorney (ORA). Colville Confederated Tribes 

Associate Judge, Nespelem, WA. Provide a broad range of judicial functions at the trial court level. Preside over cases of Criminal, Civil, Juvenile and Judicial Review of Administrative Hearings as appointed by the Chief Judge. The Tribal Court is a separate branch of government as set forth in the Constitution of the Colville Confederated Tribes. Judges are constitutionally appointed by the Colville Business Council with conditions set by contract. Native Communities Medical-Legal Partnership Attorney. New Mexico Legal Aid has received a multi-state grant from AmeriCorps to host one-year AmeriCorps members to facilitate the medical-legal partnership (MLP) program serving American Indians and Alaskan Natives throughout the US. 14 members will be recruited throughout the US as follows: six attorneys in Alaska (Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Kenai, Nome, Sitka), four attorneys in Oklahoma (Oklahoma City), and one attorney in each Arizona (Phoenix), Nebraska (Omaha), New Mexico (Albuquerque) and Utah (Montezuma Creek).
